I got up up early this morning, gave the VFR a quick detail and hauled my butt up to West (wet?) Chester C&C. I arrived to find a dozen or so cars - besides the two old Porsches, nothing was really exciting to me.
It started to sprinkle a bit, so I headed into Starbucks for a PSL & Parfait. I came out and the sprinkle had become a drizzle. Yuck. Here I am 30 miles from the FOB, and no rain gear. For those of you questioning my weather checking ability - YES, I checked the radar before leaving and it was clear. This morning shower just popped up. Oh well, I checked the radar again, and all was clear to the south, so I motored that way on the VFR. I got back to the FOB and cleaned things up a bit before heading out in the truck to run a few errands - in the rain (boo). On the way home, I spotted this group of old Ford's in the rain. (YaY!)
